Bursa, Turkey

Hoseldiginiz!
(welcome!)

For my first day in Turkey, I went to Bursa. A little bit info about Bursa, it is a small city lies in the northwestern (north west anak kimye kbye) part of Turkey.  So, from Istanbul, kalau nak pergi Bursa, kena naik ferry since Bursa dengan Istanbul is divided by Sea of Marmara.

At first, when our tourist guide told us that we will board to Bursa from Istanbul on a ferry, I was like, meh, naik ferry dekat Penang pun ada. But then bila dah tengok ferry dia, hahaha jauh beza sangat dengan ferry Penang. The ferry looks more like a cruise ship to me. Besar gila sampai dengan bas dengan lorry kontena semua boleh muat masuk.

So, this is basically how the ferry looks like.

Around The City.

By the time I was here, turki tengah prepare for their General Election. So, this is pretty much how it looks like around the city.
One of the difference GE dekat Malaysia dengan Turki is, somehow, bendera parti dekat Turki ni tak menyemak mata. Even better, bendera ni macam lagi mencantikkan lagi every road in Turkey

Okay, sekarang teka ni kedai jual apa

Nah much closer
fresh meat dia gantung gitu jer

Public Toilet dekat Turki ni almost all bawah tanah. And every tandas wajib wajib wajib bayar 1 lira (about RM 1.40). Tapi hygiene tandas dia, jangan cakap, compare to Public Toilet Malaysia, memang umph.
Okay cerita lawak pasal tandas. Waktu first time masuk tandas, I actually went to men's toilet. Dah masuk tu hairan, kenapa semua lelaki, siap ada lelaki maki-maki lagi. Lama sikit baru terperasan sebenarnya salah tandas. Entahlah kenapa sel-sel neuron otak bersambung lambt sikit waktu tu haha.

Green Tomb, Bursa
Green Tomb or Masjid Hijau or real name dia, Mesjid Sultan Mehmet I ni memang one of the must-visit place dekat Bursa. The building, the landscape, masyaAllah cantik sangat. Sadly waktu ni tengah period so tak boleh masuk masjid tengok interior dia. Boleh peek sikit-sikit je la.

The Food.
I don't really want to upload these pictures but its Ramadhan now, perut tengah lapar, so I can't help myself from uploading this pic. Terliurnya bila ingat...

People of Bursa
Overall, the people here memang nice and friendly, even friendlier than in Istanbul. I don't want to forget the face of the people here so I captured some of the faces I've met

Oh how I love this boy! Sebab dia kasi satu mint sugar dia haha.

Of course, I actually have loooooaddd of nice pictures to share tapi ah malaslah. Can't wait to write more about turki. Tambah-tambah, istanbul. So excited!

Adiosz!
